Job Title: Salesforce Business Consultant

Location: Egypt

Duration: 1 year renewable


As a Senior Salesforce Business Consultant, you will play a key role in helping clients leverage the full potential of Salesforce CRM solutions. You will lead discovery workshops and gather business requirements. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through digital transformation and ensuring Salesforce aligns with their business goals. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver high-impact projects.


Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations and delivering successful CRM solutions for mid-to-large enterprises.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and integration capabilities.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, and managing client relationships.
  • Experience working in agile environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs) and data migration strategies.
  • Ability to design solutions that involve data mapping, custom objects, custom fields, workflows, and reports.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce tools such as Flow, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder, and Apex.


Certifications

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred)
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (preferred)
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (preferred)
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (preferred)


Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery workshops to understand client business needs, processes, and pain points.
  • Provide expert-level Salesforce consultation to clients, advising on best practices, product selection, and system configuration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Lead and document detailed business process analysis through interviews, workshops, and process mapping.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products.
  • Facilitate client sign-off of functional requirements.
  • Design Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) that meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, and future proof.
  • Develop and present functional design documents, and data models.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and technical teams to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements.
  • Manage the configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure quality assurance by performing functional testing and leading user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of Salesforce solutions to key stakeholders.
  • Provide clear communication and updates to clients on project status, risks, and key milestones.
