Job Description
- Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment processes by coordinating interviews, preparing job postings, and managing candidate communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations in all HR activities.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
