Job Description

  • Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management and HR documentation.
  • Support recruitment processes by coordinating interviews, preparing job postings, and managing candidate communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations in all HR activities.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and systems with accurate employee information.

Job Requirements
