Job Description

Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within assigned facilities.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely execution of MEP-related projects and repairs.
Prepare and review technical reports, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation.
Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices in line with company objectives.
Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Assist in the planning and execution of facility upgrades, renovations, and new installations.
Ensure all MEP activities adhere to relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
Support the training and development of junior staff and technicians.
Collaborate with the facilities management team to deliver integrated service excellence.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering within facilities management or a similar environment.
Proven expertise in the operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Strong knowledge of industry codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in using maintenance management systems and relevant engineering software.
