Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and handle inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate meetings, appointments, and visitor access.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries promptly.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees and visitors by preparing access badges and relevant documentation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain security protocols.
  • Provide general information about the company’s services and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years and up to 7 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced office environment with composure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
