Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate meetings, appointments, and visitor access.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees and visitors by preparing access badges and relevant documentation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain security protocols.
- Provide general information about the company’s services and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years and up to 7 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
