Job Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures for electrical fittings and fixtures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to address process deficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to resolve quality-related issues.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance reports, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of preventive measures.
• Prepare and present detailed quality reports to management, highlighting key metrics and improvement opportunities.
• Support the introduction of new products by establishing quality control plans and conducting validation testing.
• Train production staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement projects to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
