Our client, a fast-growing premium branding and creative communications agency in Riyadh is looking for an exceptional Creative Operations Manager to own workflow, traffic, and resource management across high-profile branding and communication projects.What you’ll own:End-to-end traffic management and resource planningBuilding and optimizing operational systems and toolsCapacity planning and workload balancing across creative, strategy, and production teamsEnsuring flawless on-time, on-budget, on-brief delivery without compromising creative qualityActing as the central orchestrator between client services, creative, strategy, and external partnersYou’re the right person if you have:7 years plus in creative operations / traffic / studio managementSignificant experience gained at a globally recognized, tier-1 branding or design agency (e.g., Landor, Wolff Olins, Pentagram, FutureBrand, Interbrand, Siegel+Gale, Superunion, Design Bridge, Turner Duckworth, Mucho, SomeOne, Johnson Banks, or similar calibre)Mastery of resource planning and workflow tools (Float, Asana, Monday, Wrike, RoboHead, etc.)Proven ability to implement scalable processes in fast-paced creative environmentsExceptional organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetStrong influencing skills – you can keep world-class creatives on track while protecting creative excellenceThis is a highly visible role reporting into senior leadership with real scope to build and professionalize the agency’s operations as it scales.Please do not apply unless you are willing to relocate to Riyadh.
