Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources & Personnel (50%)
Maintain and update employee personnel files (contracts, NSSF forms, leaves, warnings, evaluations, etc.).
Monitor daily attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
Support in preparing employment contracts, job descriptions, and HR letters.
Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Lebanese Labor Law requirements.
Support HR reporting and internal communication with staff.
Stock and Inventory Management (30%)
Maintain accurate records of stock and materials used in construction projects.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
Assist in preparing stock movement reports and reconciling physical counts
