Job Description
- Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee the preparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Coordinate and manage the annual audit process with external auditors.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and recommendations for management.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Review and approve reconciliations, journal entries, and other accounting documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and financial strategies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop accounting teams.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Previous experience in factories.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in the home appliances or manufacturing industry is a plus.
