Product Knowledge Expert: Possess in-depth knowledge of all brands of second-hand mobile phones in stock (e.g., Apple, Samsung, Huawei, etc.), including models, configurations, market valuation, strengths, and weaknesses. Accurately recommend the most suitable products to customers.

Market Insight: Continuously monitor trends, price fluctuations, competitor activities, and information on newly released models in the Dubai/UAE second-hand mobile phone market, and provide timely feedback to management.
