As our Founding GTM Lead, you will own everything that touches revenue:
Inbound qualification
Live demos
Technical questions
Closing
Onboarding alignment
Upsell/expansion
GTM playbooks
Early hiring inputs
This is a zero-layer, high-ownership role. You’re early, you’re trusted, and you’ll directly shape how Sai gets to $10M → $20M → $50M ARR.
What You’ll Do
1. Qualify, Close, and Expand High-Intent Deals
Run sharp discovery conversations with CEOs, Heads of CX, product leaders, innovation teams, and call-center directors.
Map pain instantly: high call volume, slow lead conversion, poor WhatsApp performance, long wait times, multilingual demands.
Close mid-market and enterprise deals across MENA.
2. Own Live Demos End-to-End
Show how Sai’s voice agents, WhatsApp agents, chat agents, and automation pipelines work.
Confidently answer questions around:
STT/TTS accuracy
Telephony integrations
APIs & webhooks
On-prem vs cloud
Minutes usage and scaling
Dialects & multilingual support
3. Stay Post-Sale to Drive Expansion
Identify opportunities to grow the account:
Extra agent seats
Higher API/voice minutes
Additional vertical workflows
Full omnichannel rollout (Voice + WhatsApp + Chat)
Work closely with customer success to ensure real business outcomes.
4. Build the GTM Engine
You will shape the foundation of how Sai sells, grows, and scales:
Qualification frameworks
Vertical playbooks (Fintech, Real Estate, Telecom, Retail, Healthcare)
Objection handling
Pricing & packaging feedback
Decks and demo scripts
Reporting and forecasting
Early sales hiring interviews
5. Bring Constant Insight Back to Product
Capture patterns from calls and demos.
Identify feature gaps and high-value opportunities.
Offer real-world input to engineering on accuracy, latency, API usability, and enterprise requirements.
Influence the roadmap with live market data.
You Are
Commercial + Technical
Can explain voice AI, embeddings, context windows, vector search, webhooks, dialer flows, and WhatsApp templates.
Can troubleshoot simple technical issues live.
Fast, Sharp, and Customer-Obsessed
Can quickly identify the high-value 10× accounts.
Understand enterprise operations and how AI impacts cost, speed, and conversion.
Adapt pitch style to CEOs, CTOs, and CX managers.
Builder Mindset
Thrive in zero-process environments.
Comfortable shaping the GTM strategy from scratch.
Not afraid to experiment, iterate, and break things (responsibly).
Nice-to-Have
Sold SaaS or communication/AI/automation tools before.
Familiarity with call centers, CX automation, or RAG systems.
Experience with $20k–$150k ACV deals.
