The Opportunity



We are seeking a high-energy, tenacious, and results-driven Sales Executive to accelerate our global revenue growth. This is a quota-carrying role for a true "hunter" who is passionate about technology and skilled at navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.

You will be responsible for owning the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating terms and closing deals for our cutting-edge AI solutions. This full-time, hybrid position demands a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced global environment. You will serve as the primary revenue driver for XSIS, directly influencing our market share and bottom line.



What You Will Do



Full Cycle Sales: Own the end-to-end sales process. You will aggressively prospect for new business, qualify leads, demonstrate value, and close contracts.

Revenue Generation: Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets for XSIS’s AI product suite.

Strategic Prospecting: Identify and research high-potential enterprise targets within the US, UAE, and KSA markets. Turn cold leads into warm opportunities through persistent outreach.

Consultative Selling: Conduct deep discovery sessions with C-level executives to understand their pain points and articulate how XSIS solutions solve their specific business challenges.

Pipeline Mastery: Maintain a healthy, predictable sales pipeline. meticulous tracking of all sales activity and forecasting in our CRM.

Deal Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with procurement and legal teams to ensure beneficial terms and successful deal closure.

Market Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer, relaying market trends and objection data back to product and leadership teams to refine our competitive edge.



What You Bring to the Table



Proven Sales Experience: 5–7+ years of direct B2B sales experience, specifically closing deals in the technology sector (SaaS, Enterprise Software, or AI solutions is mandatory).

Hunter Mentality: A demonstrable history of self-sourcing leads, exceeding sales quotas, and closing complex, high-ticket deals with enterprise-level clients.

Tech Fluency: The ability to simplify complex technical AI/ML concepts and present them persuasively to both CTOs and non-technical business leaders.

Exceptional Communication: Flawless written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory. You are a master presenter and negotiator.

Strategic Approach: You know how to map an account, identify decision-makers, and navigate complex organizational structures to get to a "Yes."

Resilience & Drive: A high degree of autonomy and integrity. You are energized by targets and work effectively in a collaborative, remote-first global team.

Tool Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with modern CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.

English Fluency: Flawless professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) is non-negotiable.
