- Lead, motivate, and manage a remote telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored for B2B clients, particularly in the Gulf region.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs, coaching, and regular reporting.
- Ensure effective use of CRM tools and adherence to sales processes.
- Conduct training sessions to improve sales pitch, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Collaborate with management to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telesales Team Leader / Supervisor, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of the Gulf market and its business practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire a sales team.
- Hands-on experience with telesales operations, CRM systems, and remote team management.
- Target-driven, resilient, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is a must; Arabic is a strong plus.
