Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo, Egypt, for a Senior Real Estate Agent. The responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, or renting properties, conducting property viewings, and providing expert real estate advice. The role involves negotiating and closing deals, staying up-to-date on market trends, and maintaining strong client relationships. The agent will also ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations while fostering a professional and positive experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License is required for this role.
Strong Customer Service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
Proven expertise in Real Estate and Real Property management.
Demonstrated Sales experience with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Strong knowledge of the local property market in Cairo, Egypt.
Proficiency in English communication is essential.
Experience in handling both residential and commercial properties is a plus.
