The Process Engineer is responsible for designing, optimizing, and controlling manufacturing and assembly processes.
The role ensures high levels of quality, efficiency, safety, cost-effectiveness, and supports continuous improvement across assembly lines and in-house component production.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and improve assembly processes for Car, including chassis assembly, electrical system integration, battery mounting, and body finishing.
• Design standard operating procedures (SOPs) and detailed work instructions for all assembly stages.
• Define optimal manpower, tools, and machine requirements for each workstation.
• Improve factory layout and workflow to reduce movement, waste, and bottlenecks
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for process issues or defects.
• Establish KPIs such as cycle time, scrap rate, rework rate, and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
• Manage production trials, line balancing, and process validation activities
• Ensure all processes comply with ISO standards, factory safety guidelines, and electric vehicle manufacturing best practices.
• Work closely with R&D for new model introduction and manufacturability improvements
