Travel Advisor – Tailor-Made

Job Overview:

 Real Egypt is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tailor-Made Travel Advisor, preferably with previous experience as a tour guide. The ideal candidate will use their on-ground expertise and destination knowledge to create memorable and customized travel experiences. This hybrid role requires excellent communication skills, strong organization, and a passion for delivering authentic, high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, style, and special requirements.

Design tailor-made itineraries including tours, accommodations, transfers, and unique cultural experiences.

Use practical field experience as a tour guide to recommend meaningful and immersive activities.

Provide accurate and timely information about destinations and travel regulations.

Coordinate with local and international suppliers to ensure seamless arrangements.

Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and booking confirmations.

Support trip execution by working closely with operations and customer service teams.

Stay up to date with Egypt’s tourism offerings and global travel trends.

Handle client feedback and resolve issues with professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience as a tour guide is highly preferred.

Experience in travel advisory, tourism, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Fluent in English (required).

Knowledge of any additional language is highly appreciated 

Strong understanding of Egypt’s cultural, historical, and tourism landscape.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with travel management systems is a plus
