Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain client master log(summary of client’s with details like Initial Certification Audit date, Surveillance Audit due date and Re-Certification Audit due date) based on the Audits conducted and any new client’s certified during the month, which helps in easy tracking of upcoming Surveillance and Re-Certification audits.
  • Prepare audit file for all auditors for different client audits
  • Prepare draft copies of ISO Certificate after getting ICC approval and forward the same for client’s approval.
  • Prepare the original ISO Certificate after client’s approval.
  • Respond to client’s calls, letters, faxes and queries.
  • Follow up of all CER Invoices as per the outstanding list of invoices provided by accounts department.
  • Email/fax customer satisfaction survey forms and following up for their feedback.
  • Prepare Invoices for Certification, Re-Certification and Surveillance Audits, and for all Training courses.
  • Send the audit files to auditors.
  • Maintaining of the all the required documents in the respective client files.
  • Knowledge of generic certification processes for different products in MS.
  • Knowledge of applicable accreditation scheme rules.
  • To comply with all the QHSSE rules/regulations of BV as applicable.

Desired Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate Arts/ Commerce/ Science /Finance
  • Minimum 1 Yr relevant experience
