 Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance & Branding Coordinator located in Cairo, Egypt. The coordinator will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes to ensure that all operational and branding standards are maintained and upheld. The role includes conducting quality assurance checks, developing and implementing quality management strategies, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with branding guidelines, and collaborating with team members to enhance overall guest experiences.

 Qualifications

Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management practices

Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data and identifying areas of improvement

Effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders

Attention to detail and the ability to uphold consistent standards

Familiarity with branding guidelines and previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field

Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
