Job Title: Sales Executive Location: UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: CEO About the Role We’re looking for a Sales Executive to drive new business and partnerships within the UAE’s technology and innovation ecosystem. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who understands the UAE’s startup, SaaS, or finance landscape and is eager to grow with a fast-moving, globally backed fintech. Key Responsibilities ● Identify and convert new business opportunities within tech, finance, and innovation sectors. ● Build and maintain relationships with founders, CFOs, accelerators, and ecosystem partners. ● Present and demonstrate organizations platform to potential clients, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to closing. ● Work closely with the CEO and partnerships team to align sales activities with company growth goals. ● Contribute to sales materials, outreach campaigns, and event participation (occasional travel required). ● Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates. Requirements ● Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven success in B2B sales, business development, or account management, with required experience in the startup, scale-up, or VC ecosystem, ideally within tech, SaaS, or financial services. ● Network: Strong understanding of the UAE’s business ecosystem is a must; existing local connections are a plus. ● Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.● Mindset: Driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup. ● Language: English fluency required; Arabic proficiency a plus. Mobility: Available for regular in-person meetings or events within the UAE.
