Job Description

  • Senior ERP/CRM Systems Specialist (Odoo & Bitrix24)
  • Job Summary
  • The Senior ERP/CRM Systems Specialist is responsible for implementing, customizing, maintaining, and supporting ERP systems (mainly Odoo) and CRM platforms such as Bitrix24.
  •  The role focuses on business process automation, system optimization, user support, and leading projects related to ERP/CRM development and integrations with external systems.

Key Responsibilities

ERP (Odoo) Implementation & Support

  • Implement, configure, and customize Odoo ERP modules.
  • Analyze business processes and translate them into system requirements.
  • Manage workflows, automation rules, and system integrations.
  • Conduct system testing and manage UAT and rollout plans.
  • Provide technical and functional support to users.
  • Monitor system performance and optimize Odoo modules.

CRM (Bitrix24 or Similar) Administration

  • Configure CRM pipelines, dashboards, reports, and automation rules.
  • Support CRM workflows including sales, marketing, HR, and customer service.
  • Implement CRM–ERP integrations.
  • Train users on CRM features and updates.
  • Troubleshoot CRM-related issues.

Technical Support & System Integration

  • Provide second-line technical support for business applications.
  • Develop and manage API-based integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external developers on enhancement projects.
  • Maintain documentation for system architecture and integrations.

Digital Transformation & Process Optimization

  • Identify opportunities for business process automation and improvement.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across departments.
  • Apply best practices in data governance and process standardization.
  • Ensure compliance with company security and privacy standards.

Project Leadership

  • Lead ERP/CRM projects from planning to implementation.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide onboarding and guidance to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with ERP/CRM systems.
  • Minimum 2 years of practical experience with Odoo.
  • Experience in full-cycle implementations (analysis → development → deployment → support).
  • Experience with APIs, system integrations, and system architecture.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing).
  • Good experience with CRM platforms (Bitrix24, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Experience with SQL, Python, XML, JSON.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and webhooks.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and build system logic.
