Job Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles across the organization.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Schedule interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Assist in developing and posting job descriptions.
  • Support employer branding and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to the HR team.
     

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or HR Coordinator.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing techniques.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organization.
