Job Description:
 Oversee all documentation and procedures related to new hires, contract updates, transfers, and termination processes.
• Ensure timely and compliant processing of salaries, deductions, and benefits.
• Ensure all HR policies and procedures align with local labor laws and governmental regulations
• Address employee inquiries related to policies, leave management, health insurance, and other employment benefits.
• Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening basic CVs, and assisting with entry-level interview coordination
• Assist in preparing annual performance review forms and basic training and development materials.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a clear focus on Operations and Payroll administration.
• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Labor Law.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in handling data and documentation.
• Strong communication skill.
