- Collectively accountable for the overall delivery of the Country results and leadership of the organization.
- The role holder will be one of the main actors in strategic planning for this channel development.
- Carry out his responsibilities in delivering the Sales Mission in line with corporate objectives and KPIs.
- Project management write and maintain project specifications within Grohe project system.
- Align regularly with the Line Manager on mid and long-term strategies for the country, and ensure local implementation is in full compliance.
- Provide high quality information and analysis in support of strategic priorities and initiatives.
- Identify key channels and targets in region for project business by: Sub Channel A: Hospitality with the Primary Target being Hotel Architects/Designers
- Sub Channel B: Residential with the Primary Target being Architects & Developers
- Sub Channel C: Health Care with the Primary Target being Architects and Owners
- Sub Channel D: Commercial with the Primary Target being Architects & Developers
- Forecast accurate projects sales by month, quarter, and year.
- Maintain professional relationship with designers and architectures in the country.
- Develop and maintain data base / records of all key project contacts in region as required and prepare report for senior management.
Qualifications And Education
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, MBA (is a plus).
Fluent written and spoken English & Arabic, good command of other languages to be considered a plus.
Experience
Around 2-4 years of experience in a comparable position
