Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-sales Specialist, based in Cairo. The Tele-sales Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks that include reaching out to prospective customers, presenting services or products, generating leads, and managing follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction. The role involves maintaining a professional relationship with clients and requires meeting sales targets through effective communication strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to strategize, execute, and meet sales targets efficiently.
• Experience in Training or mentoring team members would be an asset.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in tele-sales or a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
• A proactive approach, excellent persuasion skills, and willingness to adapt to dynamic environments.
• Fluency in English and/or Arabic is an advantage.
