Job Description

Implements HSEE Site strategy, prepares internal instructions for release and consolidates and monitors site HSEE KPIs 

Prepares and supports reports, e.g. HSEE site status report, and countermeasures 

Organizes waste management and recycling, checks work safety and environmental legal requirements and permits compliance 

Conducts environmental and safety related trainings and creates environmental emergency plan 

Plans and conducts internal audits related to the environmental and occupational safety system 

Reports and investigates environmental and work-related incidents 

Plans and conducts safety inspections, ergonomic and risk assessments activities, areas and equipment releases, protective equipment controls, safety drills and health campaigns

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or related field. IOSH, NEBOSH and NIOSH certified.

(3–5) years of HSEE experience in manufacturing, automative or related industry.

Solid understanding of Health Risk Assessment, Safety Awareness/Compliance and Waste Management

Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams

Excellent analytical and Crisis Management abilities

Professional proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is essential.
