Rimo Tours Group is a leading travel & transport company, expanding its B2B distribution vision through Rimo Global. Our platform serves travel agencies and corporate partners with multi-product inventory including hotels, transportation, and activities.
We’re currently hiring a Loading Executive to support our contracting and supply teams by ensuring accurate and timely uploading of hotel contracts and rates into our system.
Role Summary
As a Loading Executive, you will be responsible for uploading hotel contracts, rate sheets, allotments, and promotions on our system with high accuracy. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent English, and at least one year of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
Upload hotel contracts and rate sheets accurately into the system
Enter and validate offline & online rates, seasonality, blackout dates, and promotions
Manage allotments, stop-sales, release periods, and cancellation policies as provided
Perform data accuracy checks before and after loading
Coordinate closely with the Contracting Manager to confirm missing details or unclear terms
Maintain proper documentation and version control of contracts
Support regular updates, renewals, and urgent rate amendments
Report any inconsistencies that could affect pricing, availability, or margin
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (hotel operations, data entry, contracting support, or contracts koading)
Previous experience in operations or data entry is essential
Excellent English (written & spoken)
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
Good understanding of hotel rate structures is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
Comfortable with systems, Excel, and structured data tasks
Nice to Have
Experience with B2B travel platforms / bedbanks / DMC systems
Familiarity with hotel contracting terminology (allotment, release, blackout, rate codes)
Top preferred if you have experience with Technoheaven platform
