 Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Account Manager located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring successful project execution. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams, analyzing client needs, creating proposals, ensuring timely deliverables, and monitoring client satisfaction. In addition, the role involves identifying opportunities for upselling services to clients and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise effectively.

Business Development, Negotiation, and Sales skills

Strong Communication and Interpersonal abilities

Analytical Thinking and Organizational skills

Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technology tools is a plus

Understanding of marketing strategies and industry trends may be beneficial
