Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Clinical Coordinator to join our team on a full-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in genetics or molecular biology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support clients and healthcare partners by addressing their clinical and technical inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, healthcare providers, and internal teams.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to genetic tests, sample requirements, and results coordination.
• Collaborate with the laboratory and medical teams to ensure timely and accurate communication of information.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Assist in coordinating logistics for test requests, sample tracking, and reporting.
• Support the development of educational materials and FAQs related to genetic testing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data confidentiality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Genetics, Molecular Biology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 2-3 years of experience in clinical coordination, or genetic testing services.
• Strong understanding of genetic terminology and laboratory workflows.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle client inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
