A large, multi-market GCC business is hiring a senior Strategy & PMO leader to help drive execution across multiple operating countries.

This role sits at the heart of the business. You’ll be responsible for translating long-term strategy into clear roadmaps, running portfolio governance, and making sure the right initiatives get prioritised, funded and delivered.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning the group-wide PMO framework and portfolio governance across several GCC markets
• Turning strategy into executable plans with clear KPIs, owners and timelines
• Leading prioritisation, resource planning and stage-gate reviews
• Driving performance management through executive dashboards and monthly leadership reviews
• Partnering on digital transformation initiatives including ERP, data and automation
• Tracking value realisation across revenue uplift, cost optimisation and ROI
• Building and developing a high-performing SPMO team

What you’ll bring

• 8–10+ years in strategy execution, PMO or transformation roles
• Experience operating in complex, multi-market or multi-unit environments (hospitality, F&B, retail or similar)
• Strong governance, portfolio management and executive reporting experience
• Confidence working with senior leadership and influencing decision-making
• PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent governance background (Lean / Six Sigma a plus)
• Commercial mindset with hands-on exposure to CAPEX, OPEX and performance tracking
