We are looking for a Tender Specialist (GCC Market) to join our team and support our growth across the GCC region. The role focuses on managing RFQs, developing competitive proposals, and identifying new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage RFQs across GCC procurement platforms (e.g., Digital Dubai, Etimad).
• Prepare and submit high-quality, client-focused proposals.
• Maintain a centralized RFQ calendar to track deadlines and follow-ups.
• Plan and participate in GCC events and exhibitions, with post-event ROI analysis.
• Conduct market and competitor research across GCC markets and key industries.
• Optimize CRM data, reporting, and insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Training, and L&D teams on targeted campaigns.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports using Power BI and similar tools.
• Propose strategic initiatives to grow market presence and client base in the GCC.
• Stay updated on AI, EdTech, and emerging training trends and integrate them into solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience in GCC markets and RFQ processes.
• Strong research, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and prospecting tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on growth and market optimization.
