Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Kindergarten Coordinator to lead and manage the KG section in line with Saudi Ministry of Education (MoE) regulations and international education standards. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality teaching, effective curriculum implementation, and a safe, nurturing learning environment for young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the implementation of the international KG curriculum in compliance with Saudi MoE requirements.
Supervise KG teachers and teaching assistants, providing guidance and performance feedback.
Monitor lesson plans, classroom practices, and student assessments.
Ensure student wellbeing, child safeguarding, and health & safety standards are met.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ progress and development.
Coordinate daily operations, schedules, and KG activities with school leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (MoE-recognized).
3–5 years of experience in Kindergarten / Early Years within an international or private school.
Strong knowledge of Saudi MoE regulations related to Early Years education.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
