Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Supervisor based in Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt. The Academic Supervisor will oversee the academic operations of the branch, manage teaching staff, coordinate schedules and classes, monitor instructor performance, and ensure high-quality learning experiences for students. The role also includes organizing training sessions, workshops, onboarding activities, tracking student feedback, and supporting academic initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (preferred fields: Education, English, Administration, or related)

TESOL, CELTA, or TEFL certification is a must

Minimum of 3 years of teaching or academic supervisory experience

Excellent communication, leadership, time management, and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Strong multitasking abilities and discretion with confidential information

Fluent written and spoken English

Job Details

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Days Off: 2 days per week
