Job Purpose
Providing Premium treatment to clients by answering their inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure clients’ satisfaction. The role is also responsible for the handover process of units to ensure smooth handover and monitor the documentation process.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain client relations strategies (including clients’ profile history), operation plan, and set the team’s performance standards.
Ensure that all processes, functions, and systems are in place to ensure that premium service is provided to the clients.
Establish a strong relation of trust with clients, through various channels, by professionally answering inquiries, settling disputes, and resolving issues in compliance with the OD’s policies and procedures, legal requirements, and health and safety regulations.
Conduct periodical site visits to monitor and report the progress and increase awareness on actual situations going on.
Provide the head of department with a monthly consolidated report covering major activities carried out and the progress realized.
Conduct pre-inspection checks before soft handover and final handover to ensure that the property is in a presentable state.
Ensure a proper handover process; smooth handover of units, snagging inspections, communication with concerned departments to resolve all issues including units’ delivery delays, and proper documentation reflected on CRM.
Design reporting system, and escalation process and plan to insure constant monitoring of the workflow and performance.
Liaise and follow up on all legal cases with the Legal Department.
Coordinate Handover of ready units with Projects Management Department.
Communicate with the QC team to ensure snagging issues are rectified to the correct standard.
Maintaining excellent track of the extra costing sheets resulting from modification and general requests for assigned units.
Communicating with clients, external professionals, as well as other departments to ensure smooth and correct deliveries of landscaping projects.
Provide recommendations for ongoing maintenance of softscape elements, and any conditions that could affect a project’s cost or schedule.
Stay informed about industry trends and sustainable landscaping techniques.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
University degree in Business administration, or any related field
8-12 years of experience in the field.
Proactive, energetic, and ability to meet deadlines
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Thorough follow-up and reporting, problem solving skills, and ability to manage a team.
High leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
