Job Summary:

Responsible for building and managing a strong client database for corporate, associations, and MICE business through direct sales to generate business for El Gouna and Taba Heights. Actively prospect and qualify new opportunities, negotiate accommodation and meeting rates, and maintain relationships with existing clients to meet or exceed room night and revenue targets, in line with the destinations’ overall commercial objectives.

 Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the hotels, with a focus on corporate and MICE, including experience in city hotels.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large-scale events or corporate accounts.

Strong network of corporate and MICE contacts.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

Proficiency in hotel sales system (e.g., Opera) is a plus.للتقديم الان
