Job Description
- Lead the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to support business objectives and streamline operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective Dynamics 365 configurations.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for Dynamics 365 modules relevant to real estate, investment, and property management.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for end-users to maximize adoption and effective use of Dynamics 365.
- Manage data migration, integration, and synchronization between Dynamics 365 and other business systems.
- Monitor system usage, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features, updates, and industry trends to recommend enhancements.
- Support ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and technical support for Dynamics 365 applications.

- Experience with data migration, integration, and system customization within Dynamics 365.
