We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager – Indirect Procurement to lead and optimize sourcing of non-trade and indirect categories across the organization. This role is critical in ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, service continuity, and strong vendor partnerships.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement of indirect categories (services, utilities, IT, facilities, marketing, logistics support, MRO, consumables, capex & opex items).

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with organizational goals and budgets.

• Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, contract finalization, and SLA governance.

• Drive cost optimization initiatives, value engineering, and spend rationalization.

• Ensure procurement compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, IT, HR, Engineering, and Facilities teams.

• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, reviews, and corrective actions.

• Lead and mentor the indirect procurement team, fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency.

• Support digital procurement tools / ERP-based purchasing and continuous process improvements.

🔹 Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 8–12 years of experience in indirect procurement, preferably in healthcare, retail, FMCG, or large corporate environments.

• Strong experience in vendor negotiations, contract management, and cost control.

• Hands-on exposure to ERP / procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
