Job Description
Oversee the implementation of landscape architectural designs on-site, ensuring alignment with project specifications and standards.
Ensure hardscape and softscape works are executed according to approved landscape drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Coordinate planting, irrigation, lighting, and drainage works within residential areas.
Review and follow up on landscape shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other site disciplines to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Conduct site inspections and ensure high-quality finishing suitable for residential standards.
Prepare site reports, progress updates, and snag lists.
Participate in handover activities and ensure final works meet client expectations.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape site supervision, preferably in residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of residential landscape construction methods and materials.
- Experience with hardscape, softscape, and irrigation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings and BOQs.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
