Job Description

● Experienced in using AUTOCAD program.
● Provide technical support and troubleshooting for products and systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
● Collaborate with the teams to implement, and optimize technical solutions.
● Conduct regular maintenance and performance checks on equipment and software.
● Document technical procedures, solutions, and best practices for internal and external stakeholders.
● Analyze technical requirements and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.
● Participate in technical training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry trends.
● Support project teams in the execution of engineering tasks and deliverables.
● Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand and address technical needs.
● Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all technical operations.
