Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of the fulfillment center to ensure timely and accurate order processing, packing, and shipping.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow and minimize errors.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with procurement teams, and ensure accurate stock management.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Analyze operational data and generate reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with logistics partners and internal departments to ensure seamless inbound and outbound shipments.
• Resolve operational issues promptly, including order discrepancies, inventory shortages, and delivery delays.
• Manage fulfillment center budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• 4-5 years of proven experience in fulfillment center, warehouse, or distribution management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and implement process improvements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
