Job Description:


  • Lead and oversee the full SDLC for assigned programs and releases.
  • Develop, maintain, and track program timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Define and update the product roadmap in collaboration with engineering, product owners, and the project sponsor.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage delivery expectations across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure program documentation, plans, and reports are consistently maintained and up to date.
  • Facilitate alignment between engineering, product, QA, UI/UX, infrastructure, support teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Conduct and coordinate product demos, review sessions, sprint ceremonies, and steering committee meetings.
  • Ensure all teams understand the product vision, objectives, and expected deliverables.
  • Navigate differing perspectives, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus with diplomacy and confidence.
  • Act as the primary point of coordination for project sponsors, senior leadership, and external partners.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly and proactively.
  • Handle high-pressure situations with professionalism, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Support senior leadership needs, including working with highly demanding managers requiring advanced communication and expectation-management skills.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks within the program and propose corrective actions.
  • Ensure the adoption of best practices in Agile, Scrum, and SDLC processes.
  • Facilitate retrospectives and ensure continual improvement in delivery quality.


Requirements:


  • A Computer Science or Engineering degree is a must.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or related roles in a software development environment.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
  • IELTS (Academic/General): 7+
  • TOEFL iBT: 100+.
  • Excellent Knowledge of MS Tools, MS Project, MS Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Azure DevOps usage.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Notion.
  • Knowledge of software programming languages
