A low-impact, resistance-based workout using the Pilates reformer for a more mindful workout. These classes focus on core strength, alignment, and controlled movement to build strength while lengthening the body.
Studio Sweat
Studio Sweat is Kuwait's first infrared heated studio. Think sculpting and toning in 40 degree heat! The heat will amplify your workouts in ways you can't even dream of by detoxifying your skin, sweating out toxins, improving heart health, and burning more calories.
Our Approach
Our classes include hot pilates, hot sculpt, hot yoga, as well as a variety of non-heated classes such as pilates, barre, and ballet pilates.
Our classes are high intensity but low impact using light weights and props to improve mobility and strength. We are purely a mat based studio to maximize the intensity using body weight and light weights to rely on your body to do all the work.

Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Certified Pilates Instructor and Strength Coach, located in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The responsibilities of the role include developing customized Pilates and strength training programs for clients, leading group and one-on-one sessions, and ensuring proper form and technique. The role also involves promoting injury prevention exercises, providing guidance on enhancing mobility, and tracking client progress to help them meet their fitness and recovery goals. Collaboration with team members and fostering a positive studio environment are also key components of the role.
Qualifications
Experience and certification in Pilates instruction and strength coaching
Strong understanding of recovery techniques, injury prevention, and mobility enhancement
Knowledge of exercise physiology, body mechanics, and safe workout techniques
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong client relationships
Ability to customize programs and adapt exercises to suit client-specific needs, abilities, and goals
Fluency in English, and additional language skills such as Arabic are a plus
Bachelor’s degree in physical education, exercise science, or a related field is preferred
CPR/AED certification or equivalent is a strong advantage
