Cubic Information Systems is seeking a highly skilled Software Project Manager to drive and oversee the full lifecycle of software development projects from initial planning to successful delivery. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time, within scope, and within budget. You will lead project planning, execution, governance, and communication to ensure alignment with both business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and deliver software development projects across their full lifecycle.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams (Development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, Business Teams).
• Track project progress, identify risks and blockers early, and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid approaches).
• Facilitate key ceremonies and meetings: requirements workshops, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, UAT sessions, retrospectives, etc.
• Maintain high-quality project documentation (plans, minutes, issues, change logs, status reports).
• Serve as the primary communication channel with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely updates and clarity on project status.
• Manage change requests and scope variations while ensuring minimal impact on timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor and report on project performance using PM tools and KPIs to ensure timely and successful completion.
