Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time opportunity located in Egypt. The selected candidate will oversee daily operations and ensure the brand’s high standards in service and food quality are consistently met. Responsibilities include managing and leading teams, coordinating with culinary experts, maintaining smooth service operations, and upholding compliance with company policies and guidelines. Regular collaboration with team members and implementation of process improvements to enhance the dining experience is integral to this role.

- Experience in food service operations, quality assurance, and service delivery
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards
- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Passion for culinary arts and delivering superior dining experiences
- Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry, preferably in supervisory or managerial roles
- Education in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
