Key Responsibilities:


Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Develop, execute, and continuously refine the savory menu in coordination with management.

Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure consistency in preparation and presentation.

Plan and control daily production, prep schedules, and service flow.

Oversee purchasing, stock control, and cost management to achieve target food cost ratios.

Enforce food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.

Coordinate with front-of-house and operations teams to ensure seamless service.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of all kitchen equipment.

Support the opening setup — kitchen layout, workflow, and supplier selection.

Innovate and propose new dishes aligned with the brand’s premium image.



Requirements:


8–12 years of professional culinary experience, including at least 3 years in a Sous Chef or Head Chef role.

Background in bistro, café, or modern casual dining kitchens.

Strong knowledge of Western and Mediterranean cuisine.

Proven experience in kitchen setup and team leadership.

Excellent knowledge of food costing, inventory control, and supplier coordination.

Certification or knowledge in food safety / HACCP preferred.

Passion for quality, organization, and guest satisfaction.
