Job Description

Build and enhance SAP BI solutions (data models, transformations, reporting layers) to deliver accurate, performant analytics for business stakeholders

• Develop and support SAP BI objects across SAP BW/BW4HANA (InfoProviders/ADSO, transformations, process chains, queries) and/or SAP HANA/SAP Datasphere (views, models) depending on your stack
• Design and implement data extraction from SAP sources (e.g., ECC/S4, ODP/CDS extractors) and non-SAP sources as needed
• Build and optimize reporting layers for SAC / SAP BO / BEx / Analysis for Office (based on environment)
• Perform performance tuning (query optimization, aggregates, partitioning, indexing where applicable)
• Support UAT, defect resolution, transport management, and production support (incidents/problems)
• Document technical specs, data mappings, lineage notes, and operational runbooks.

Job Requirements

• 4–7 years in SAP BI development (BW/BW4HANA and/or HANA/Datasphere)
• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and KPI definitions
• Solid SQL; experience with SAP extractors and delta handling.
• Exposure to data quality checks and reconciliation
• SAP BW4HANA migration experience, SAC planning/reporting, ABAP/AMDP basics
• Experience in Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), DevOps concepts for BI
• perform with clear KPIs: On-time delivery of BI enhancement, Low defect leakage to production and performance SLAs and data refresh reliability
