We're Hiring: Senior Finishing Engineer

📍 Job Details:

Location: New Cairo

Salary : Competitive (based on experience)

Days Off : Fridays + 1 additional day per month

🔹 Key Responsibilities :

✅ Oversee and execute finishing works (flooring, painting, false ceilings, woodworks, gypsum board, etc.)

✅ Manage on-site workers and subcontractors to ensure high-quality implementation

✅ Coordinate with interior designers and architects to align execution with project plans

✅ Select materials and supervise their installation to match project specifications

✅ Ensure project completion within deadlines and budgets

✅ Conduct quality checks and resolve any site-related issues

🔹 Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Architecture engineering

✔️ Minimum 3:5 years of experience in finishing and interior fit-out works

✔️ Strong knowledge of finishing materials and techniques

✔️ Must have prior experience in foundational works ( Electricity, Plumbing ,waterproofing, and other preparatory phases of finishing)

✔️ Ability to manage site teams and ensure timely execution

✔️ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
