Role Description

This is a full-time French Customer Support position in a hybrid setup, based in Qesm El Maadi, with some opportunity for remote work. The French Customer Support professional will interact with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include responding to customer queries via phone, email, or chat, troubleshooting problems, ensuring customer satisfaction, documenting interactions, and maintaining a high level of service quality.

Qualifications
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, for effective communication.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in a customer support or customer experience role, particularly in an MSP, is advantageous.
