Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Lead (B2B Tech / SaaS) based in Cairo, Egypt. The Marketing Lead will define and execute marketing strategies that strengthen our market position as a Microsoft Solutions Partner, while leading the next phase of our website and integrated campaign strategy.
Key Objectives
- Own and evolve brand positioning & messaging across all channels
- Drive B2B lead generation (inbound & outbound) with clear KPIs
- Lead campaign planning and execution (SEO, paid, social, email, events)
- Own the website strategy (structure, content, UX, conversion & SEO)
- Align marketing operations with Sales & Inside Sales for effective lead routing
- Build reporting, dashboards, and ROI-driven insights
- Develop the marketing team structure, skills, and workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing
- Proven experience in ERP / CRM / enterprise software
- Strong hands-on background in lead generation, demand generation, and campaigns
- Solid understanding of website strategy, UX, content, and SEO
- Experience working closely with Sales & Inside Sales teams
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPIs, dashboards, and ROI
- Experience in GCC markets is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
