Job Description

Bisco Misr – a proud member of Arma Group, operating under the umbrella of HSA Group – is looking for a Utilities Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team.

• Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of utility systems to identify issues and ensure optimal performance of HVAC and air compressors and all utilities components.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for utility equipment, ensuring proper functioning and longevity.
• Manage maintenance technician for maintenance plans implementation and follow up spare parts stock to keep spare parts safety stock in the warehouse.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Analyze utility consumption data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
• Performing regular maintenance and repairs to prevent system failures and extend the lifespan of HVAC units. And Air compressors.
• Performing routine maintenance, such as cleaning and replacing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting electrical components for HVAC, Air compressors and air dryers.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in the confectionery industry (FMCG), pharmaceutical, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proficiency in repairing and maintaining mechanical systems, HVAC and air compressors.
• Good at Maintaining Air conditions.
• Good at pneumatic control system.
• Aware of hydraulic control systems.
• Department: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Years of Experience: from 3 to 4 years
