● Manage, maintain, and monitor all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations, to ensure optimal performance and security.
● Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software Odoo , and network issues across the organization.
● Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, applications, and security tools in accordance with best practices.
● Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
● Implement and oversee backup and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical data and systems.
● Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues, applying timely solutions to minimize downtime.
● Collaborate with Teamwork and administrative staff to assess IT needs and deliver effective technology solutions.
● Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare IT standards, data protection regulations, and internal policies.
● Document IT processes, configurations, and incident resolutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
● Coordinate with all employees and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and support of IT assets.

Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
● 3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT administration, preferably in Odoo and CRM.
● Strong knowledge of network administration, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, and VPNs.
● Experience with Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
● Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
● Familiarity with data backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity best practices.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support end-users and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
● Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to handle and resolve Odoo issues with the agent as quickly as possible.
