Job Description
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs and digital inventory management systems.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely movement of materials.
- Implement and enforce safety and security procedures within the warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Monitor the condition of stored goods and ensure proper handling to prevent damage or loss.
- Supervise loading and unloading activities, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to shipments, receipts, and inventory movements.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and storage solutions for maximum efficiency.
- Train and guide junior warehouse staff on best practices and company policies.
